An import from Caracus, Tisserie offers Venezuelan coffee, home-made croissants, natural soups, salads and paninis.The pastries are amazing, from the miniature chocolate tarts and brownies to bite-size fruit tarts ranging in price from 50 cents to $1.50. You'll also find ricotta-filled pastelitos, chocolate-filled croissants and a play on the chocolate chip cookie called a "tiger's eye" with a dab of chocolate in the center.
